I want you to...
BECOME THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PERSON YOU KNOW.

In 2008, I was deep in the ICU at UCLA, working long shifts as a nurse, often on complex liver transplants. Helping patients was incredibly fulfilling, but there was this lingering question: Was there a way to have more freedom, build financial security, and create something truly my own?
One day, a financial advisor introduced me to a new path I’d never considered. I was hesitant to leave nursing—a career I had dedicated myself to—but what if this was a way to help others while also securing my own future? Just a few months later, I took the leap and became an independent financial advisor.
Fast-forward to 2016: I had built a thriving business, empowered countless families to secure their financial futures, trained new advisors, and earned industry recognition. Along the way, I met others just like me—people ready to create something lasting for their families.
My great-grandparents came to America with a dream—a belief in creating a better life. And I believe that dream is still alive for anyone willing to reach for it. For me, the financial industry opened doors to freedom and purpose, and it could be the key to your future too.

We are not perfect, but we are determined to succeed.
Our team members come from all walks of life and all kinds of backgrounds.
We have had good years and we have bad years, but we have stuck together as a team. People come and go in the business and products may vary and change from time to time, but we here at 300 Financial Group continue to prosper. Our business is proven, our system works, we’re here to stay, and we’re preparing for a great future.
We invest time, energy, and money to work with new agents until they become successful. We impose no quotas or production requirements on our agents. You can come and go as you please and you don’t have deadlines! You don’t have to buy products to stay in the business—you buy if you need it! The only reason you buy is because you believe in it and it’s hard to sell something that you don’t have yourself.
